We offer a 4-day return window. You have up to 4 days after receiving your order to request a return.
Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition as received
- Unworn, unused, and undamaged
- With all original tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues
Please check your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Parcel Opening Video Required – For all claims regarding damaged items or wrong products received, customers must provide a clear parcel opening video from the moment the package is unsealed. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:
- Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, plants)
- Personal care products (e.g., beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
- Customized or personalized products (such as special orders, engraved, or made-to-order candles), unless they are received in damaged condition or the wrong product was delivered
We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to a damaged or wrong product, Pavira Candles will cover the return shipping charges (with valid parcel opening video proof).
- If the return is due to any other reason (such as change of mind, dislike of fragrance/color, or customer error), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return the product you have, and once the return is accepted, place a new order separately.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
